Campgrounds: Rogers, up Highway 162; Milsap Bar, northeast of Brush Creek on the Feather River; Feather Falls, off of Forbestown Road, with a nine-mile loop hike to spectacular falls.
Pacific Crest Trail: Crosses Feather River near Belden.
Fishing and gold-panning: In Feather River and creeks along Highway 70.
